hereby apply for membership in the High Point Multiple Listing Service, Inc. I understand that I will be provided a copy of the Constitution and Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations of the High Point Multiple Listing Service, Inc., during Orientation. Upon reading them if I cannot abide by them I understand that my initiation fee shall be returned provided I request it within seventy-two hours after Orientation. I agree to abide by the Constitution and Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations of the Service as amended from time to time. Attached is my application fee in the amount of $500.00.
